Fit Bio:
My journey in fitness began early as a teenager when I would lift weights with my dad and also joined the the track team. After running on the track team through high school and moving to Chicago I then found love for bicycling. This all progressed into the sport of triathlon where I began participating in several triathlons including Iron Man events. As a personal trainer. I enjoy setting and achieving fitness goals with clients whether they want to loose a few pounds or complete an event like a 5k or triathlon. I eat to live and live to exercise. Fitness is my lifestyle, I'm a student of life, and the world is my classroom. My main goal is to share my experiences with clients so that they to can become ” Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger”!

Let's face it Personal training can be difficult to schedule and or expensive. Most of us are not able to meet with their trainer every day. Maybe due to finances. Maybe you can't get both of your schedules to align. Maybe you can't afford to hire a trainer at all.
My Online Fitness Coach is an affordable personal trainer in the palm of your hand that works with your schedule. With this monthly service you are delivered a daily workout program tailored specifically for you with your goals in mind that is cost effective! |
If you can afford one or two personal training sessions a month at an average gym you can have daily workouts delivered to you every 30 days with my Online Fitness Coach!
I use an app called Trainerize to build and share your workouts with you. Each exercise is accompanied by a video demonstration you can follow. You use the app to track your workout in detail (weights lifted and rep count) and to track your progress and personal bests or you can simply mark the workout complete. I can see your progress along the way and use the message feature in the app to communicate back and forth and to help keep you on track.
This service is good for beginners but great for someone who knows their way around the gym but needs help with designing the right program for their goals. Also this is a great add on to an existing Personal Training Client who needs extra guidance on days we do not meet. If you use social media as an accountability system share your progress or keep it to yourself. |
